What Shaped Me
You know how even when life looks “successful” on the outside, we can still struggle with self-doubt, low energy, or a quiet sense of disconnection — from our purpose, our relationships, or our sense of joy? Especially during seasons of change.
I know that place well.
I have navigated my own transitions — from a structured corporate environment into the world of personal growth and wellness, and through seasons of questioning, realignment, and rebuilding. Like many of the women I work with, I have experienced what it feels like to carry responsibility while internally searching for something more steady, more honest, and more sustainable.
Over time, I realised that insight alone was not enough. Real change required something deeper — the ability to restore steadiness in the body, regulate the nervous system, and create the internal capacity to live and lead in a way that is aligned and sustainable.
This understanding has shaped the way I work today.
With over a decade of experience supporting women through burnout, identity shifts, and meaningful life transitions, I integrate coaching with body-based restoration to address both the mental and physical patterns that keep us stuck.
My work is grounded, practical, and rooted in discernment — helping you move beyond overthinking and into clear, steady decision-making.
Some days, I feel fully aligned — present, capable, and deeply grateful for life. Other days, I still have to pause, regulate, and consciously return to what I know to be true.
That is the work. Not perfection, but the ability to return to steadiness.
Through it all, I remain committed to living and guiding from truth, integrity, and clarity — supporting you to reconnect with your body, your choices, and your inner steadiness, so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.

A Few Things About me
My Story
I began in the corporate world, achieving outward success but feeling a quiet restlessness, exhaustion, and a sense that something was missing. Despite accomplishments, I often felt disconnected from my body, overwhelmed by expectations, and unsure how to reconcile who I was with who I wanted to become.
Seeking deeper understanding, I explored personal growth, wellness practices, and New Age teachings. I experimented, learned, and discovered tools that offered insight and healing, yet I realized that many approaches left me more fragmented than whole. Over time, I found that clarity, steadiness, and alignment come not from chasing techniques, but from grounding in discernment, presence, and practical wisdom.
Today, I combine nervous-system-informed coaching, restorative bodywork, retreats, and speaking to guide capable women navigating life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts. If you feel overextended, overstimulated, or unsure of your next step, you’re not alone — I’ve been there. My work is about helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and restore coherence in your life, work, and relationships.
