Discount Packs:

A variety of packs are offered. It allows an extended journey, helps with accountability and commitment, and provides a way to take more ownership of your progress.
It also takes the hassle away of payment, with very generous discounts to be reflected to you.

What option is best for me?

The following are guidelines only. A combination or deviation is often used as the work is fluid, intuitive, and uniquely applied to serve every client in the best way.
Kindly discuss the suitability of sessions and session duration if you are unsure.

45 Minutes

  • Zoom or other online sessions
  • Where shorter coaching periods are preferred for a particular reason
  • Reiki
  • Deep abdominal release work

60 Minutes

  • Transformational Coaching, Certain Family/Systems Constellations work
  • Shorter Kahuna Massage, Pregnancy Kahuna, Floor treatment, Bone/skeletal work
  • Reiki

90 Minutes

  • Transformational Coaching, Kahuna Massage (all variations)
  • Family / Systems Constellations Therapy
  • Combination offerings

120 Minutes

  • Deep Tissues / Spiritual Release
  • Combination offerings (coaching and therapies)
  • Clients who prefer extended sessions

180 Minutes

  • For clients who prefer a “mini-retreat”. Tea and refreshments are offered.
  • In-depth combination offerings (e.g. coaching followed by bodywork)
  • Not available online
