Did you know that your body holds the keys to all your memories, joy, healing, life lessons and ascension? Most of us just have to remember to listen to it, and to use it.
This time we dive into the sacred technology and wisdom in our bodies, the exploration of our Masculine, and the coming together of all of this through the wonderful, liberating practices of breath, movement, sound, and stillness.
