I have been called to share some of the rich teachings that have been seeded in me, and to hold the space for women to, through the power of the collective energy, to share theirs.

I have carefully chosen some topics for guidance and reflection, and am excited to share how they have been ripening in my own personal leadership.

My wisdom comes from my own depth of experience, skills and learnings, guidance and insights from aspects of my deeper essence, my interaction with and researching of likeminded individuals, their materials and their teachings, an open heart, willingness to receive A-Ha! moments, and a healthy dose of common sense, logic, and grounding.
Your resonance, receptivity, willingness to explore and question, and desire to step into your full mastery is the catalyst and your barometer.

With A LOT going on for everybody, I trust the exchange is honouring of the work, yet also accessible.

Activities include teaching, meditations, reflecting through journaling, and expression through voicing, movement or creative expression, as per every individual’s unique style and development area. The workshop is focused specifically on WOMEN to create a specific, safe container, and to relate it to thresholds experienced by a woman in her life journey.

About your facilitator:
Celeste Du Toit is a transformational Life Coach, Holistic therapist, and workshop facilitator in Durban. She is the founder of YES Paradigm Coaching, a provider of self-awareness and empowerment programs, workshops and retreats.

Her approach is transformational. The premise is that empowerment starts within, so it is essential to identify and change limiting beliefs and inhibiting patterns that are keeping us stuck.
