Did you know that your body holds the keys to all the wisdom, your joy, healing, life lessons and ascension? Most of us just have to remember to learn to listen to it, and to use it.
Join me on Saturday, 8 May at Eaglesview Studio, as we explore opening our hearts and using embodiment practices, and to dip into (or dive into!) these wonderful, liberating practices of breath, movement, sound, and stillness.
You will be guided in a safe, conscious, and fun environment to be curious, to expand, and ultimately, to love yourself more.
I hold a spacious container for you to be vulnerable, expressive, and as free as you dare to be. And to have fun, fully clothed and covered!
And, with your permission, I will also encourage you to reach into your hidden, repressed, wild side. Maybe even that dark side. That part of your soul yearning to be set free and liberated.
I am passionate about the mind/body connection, and work with YOU and YOUR body, and meet you where you are, whether just there to start noticing your breath, or whether there to fully immerse yourself in what could be deeply transformational. I do require commitment from you though to hold a open, supportive and honouring space for yourself and others, and to dare to go and feel as deep as your edge allows – with my guidance, support and encouragement (so no voyeurs!).
NO BODYWORK/MOVMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Workshop and depth of work is tailored to suit participants.
