Regardless of gender, we all contain both masculine and feminine energy. As in nature, we function optimally when these energies are in harmony and a state of flow.
Through teachings, facilitated activities, awareness, mindfulness, embodiment and breathing exercises, we will explore the integration of your masculine and feminine energies in an empowered, harmonious lifestyle, in flow with your natural rhythms and purpose.

Held at the beautiful Nkwazi Tree Lodge, Zinkwazi, KZN

Cost: R4800 single, R3,800 sharing
The accommodation is beautiful and spacious and each room has an en-suite bathroom. Two sea-facing rooms available (first booked have preference). Sharing options available at R3,800, suitable for friends or couples (single beds can be converted to king size if required).

Facilitated by Celeste Du Toit, Transformational Coach, Holistic therapist/bodyworker, and seasoned retreat leader.

Our venue
The retreat will be held at Nkwazi Tree Lodge www.Nkwazitreelodge.co.za The venue has 7 luxury en-suite bedrooms and stunning views, a pool, is 2min walk away from the beach, and 25min from King Shaka airport. We will ground through our feet on the sand, and rejuvenate with the warm salty Indian Ocean. August is a time for inhalation, in preparation for Spring, so perfect for this type of work.
Food will be delicious, nourishing, consciously prepared vegetarian meals.
